SHIPPING POLICY

  •  All orders are processed and fulfilled within 2-4 business days. Allow for 3-4 business days for shipping after your order has been fulfilled.

  • Shipping is based on weight, the shipping method selected, and your shipping address. 

  • Ship prices are adjusted at checkout based on the items in your order, number of shipments, and shipping method. 

  • You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

  • Peak Threads is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

  • All ship prices are in USD.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

We hope you are happy with your purchase. However, if you're not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to us for a full refund or store credit. Please see below for more information on our return policy.

 

RETURNS

All returns must be postmarked within thirty (30) days of the purchase date. All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached.

 

RETURN PROCESS

To return an item, please email customer info.peakthreads@gmail.com to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number, place the item securely in its original packaging and include your proof of purchase, and mail to return to the following address:

Please note, you will be responsible for all return shipping charges. We strongly recommend that you use a traceable method to mail your return.

REFUNDS

After receiving  and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return. Please allow 5-7 business days from the receipt of your item to process your return. Refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your credit card company. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.
